Ideally we like to co-operate with our clients on a personal level to ensure they receive the correct advice and recommendations.

We aim to gain as much information as we can about any forthcoming trips and prepare a bespoke proposal based on this information for the guests, or Owners.

 

On receipt of an order we provide supporting wine notes for the crew, which can be incorporated in to a wine menu for the guests, and food matching suggestions.

 

We can also provide a stock evaluation report detailing vintage & producer profiles, drinking dates, serving temperatures, decanting advice, inventory valuations, food pairing, quick fact cards for service (country of origin, region, grape varieties, style of wine etc).
